曝气生物滤池专用滤板是为BIOSMEDI轻质滤料曝气生物滤池技术而配套开发的特研产品。主要用于微污染原水处理、污水处理及中水回用处理生物滤池。在轻质滤料曝气生物滤料轻质滤池中轻质滤料支承和透水作用及其它相关用途，具有强度高、双向受力好、开孔率大、开孔均匀、无毒、安装方便，便于滤料安装，便于拆卸、防腐蚀性能好等特点。经过对不同滤板强度及滤板开孔率进行长时间的实验和研究，同时对工程中进行推广应用表明，该滤板可根据轻质滤板不同开孔率工艺的要求承受滤料较高的浮力及滤板反冲时产生的阻力，能较好的达到设计要求，发挥其独特的高效处理效果。
The special-purpose filter board，of aeration biofilter is a supporting product developed specially for the BIOSMEDI light weight filter material aeration biofilter technology．It is ainly used in biofilter of micro poll－uted raw water processing，sewage disposal and reclaimed water reuse trea－tment．The supporting and permeable function and other correlation uses of light·-weight filter in light—weight filter material aeration biofilter have character-istics such as high intensity,good bidirectional stress，high porosity rate，even pore，non-toxic，convenient installation，easy to in－stall filter material，great rotproofness and SO on．After doing long term experiment and research on intension and porosity rate of different bio－filter and carrying on popularizing of it in project， we found that acc－ording to process requirements of different porosity rate，this filter can bear higher buoyancy of filter material and resistance produced by the rec－oil of filteL achieving better design request，displaying its unique highly effective processing effect. |
